Food producers have a large variety of opportunities to find and keep employees for their farms even in an environment of upward wage pressures. This winter there will be a significant portfolio of wage subsidy, post secondary co-op placement, apprenticeship and other support programs for farmers and food producers.  Come to a sneak preview of the BBA’s On-Farm Recruitment and Readiness Learning Pathway and make a plan to staff your food enterprise for the 2024 production season.
