The BBA Growth Accelerator is an eight-month program designed for growth-stage companies in the Columbia Basin aiming to scale profitably and sustainably. Tailored for businesses with over $1M in annual revenue, the program offers:
- Expert mentorship from a dedicated team of seasoned Executives-in-Residence (EIRs)
- Customized strategic support to plan and overcome growth barriers
- Leadership and operational development
- Access to a powerful network of resources and peers
Participants emerge with sharpened strategies, stronger leadership, and a clear path to long-term impact.
Eligibility Criteria:
BBA Growth Accelerator considers businesses that:
- Are located in the Columbia Basin Trust region (see a map of the region here for details)
- Have a minimum of $1 million in annual revenue
- Show positive, consistent year-over-year growth
- Have operated for at least two years under current ownership
- Are incorporated and in good standing with WorkSafeBC, BC Corporate Registry, and CRA
- Are committed to a defined growth strategy aligned with their core business

How to Apply:
Join the BBA Program
- New BBA Clients can apply directly to the Growth Accelerator Program during their initial intake meeting with our team
- Existing BBA Clients can work with their Advisor to secure a referral to the Growth Accelerator Program
Fees
- The Growth Accelerator Program is a cost shared service between the Columbia Basin Trust and the Client business
- Growth Accelerator Program participants contribute $1000 per month, with the balance funded by the Trust
- All other services of the BBA Program are fully funded by the Trust
