During this 10 week series of recorded workshops and live, online working groups, you will learn how to organize, understand and analyze your Profit and Loss Statement to make better data-based decisions for your business that will help increase your overall profitability.
Sept. 18-Nov. 20, 2025 (Thursdays)
9:00-10:30 a.m. (PT)
(Live, online working groups will be held biweekly on Thursday mornings).
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum company annual revenue $100,000
- We are open to service—or product-based companies. The best fit is product-based companies with multiple products or service-based companies with multiple services. Your company should have at least one employee involved in delivering services or making products.
- Able to produce or get financial reports from your accounting system like QuickBooks or Wave (Profit & Loss/Income statement and a Balance Sheet)
- Bookkeeping up to date (within last quarter)
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Time – 1.5-3 hour commitment per week (class and homework time)
- The business has full-time equivalent staff
Commitment:
Participants must dedicate 1.5-3 hours/week – including:
- Attendance at 1:1 FLP advisement meetings with their assigned advisor;
- Active participation in the biweekly working group sessions;
- Completion of assigned working group preparation activities, including watching a recorded workshop.
Schedule:
Live, online working groups will be held via Teams 9:00-10:30 a.m. (PT) on Sept. 25, Oct. 9, Oct. 23, Nov. 6, and Nov. 20.
