Thinking about buying a business or taking over a business from a family member?

Buying a business is a big decision and this workshop will help you through the process. We’ll go over the many factors to consider such as property, equipment and inventory evaluation, reputation, employees, and financing.

We will review:

  • Self assessment – is this business purchase right for you?
  • Business valuation – is a business priced appropriately? What are you buying?
  • Process to buy a business – analysis, making the offer and legalities.

There will be time to discuss your particular business opportunity, so bring your questions.

Workshop Details:

Date: Tuesday, December 7, 2021, 9:00-12:00 PM PST/ 10:00-1:00 PM MST.

Cost: Free (but pre-registration is required). This workshop is available to residents of the Columbia Basin. Not sure if you are in the region? Check out our map.

Workshop delivery: online using Zoom video conferencing.
